- Description: Offering building planning assistance to Camp Fire survivors, Butte County residents, and anyone interested in building a home within the Camp Fire burn scar. The Rebuild Advocates may help survivors and residents overcome challenges (such as with insurance, FEMA appeals, SBA, etc.), by identifying funding sources, creating a budget, finding a desirable floor plan, providing a list of vetted contractors, and providing general planning assistance throughout the entire rebuild process.
